- The ballot codes to be allocated a sales appointment will be posted on the Panorama page of the Landcom website by 11am, Thursday 30 April 2026.
- Only one ballot registration per person. If multiple registrations are submitted, unfortunately they will be disqualified from the ballot process.

Before the cooling off period expires you must pay the balance of a 5% deposit. if you decide to cancel your purchase during the cooling off period, 50% of your initial deposit of 0.25% of the purchase price will be retained by Landcom as a processing fee, and 50% will be refunded to you.
